The Big Day!

We took a drive to the downtown area of Oak Harbor on Saturday morning to find Dave's old house and to have a look around. The town was beautiful, and we were able to get a few pictures before heading back to the hotel to get ready. The wedding was at 2pm and the Braud Clan was early! Jack and I "played" in the back of the church during the ceremony (he just wanted to crawl up and down the pews....of course with a stinky diaper!) We had such a great mini vacation!

Rehearsal Dinner:)

We had a blast at the rehearsal dinner...at least until Jack got sick all over Daddy!

Dave's Old House!

We think this is Dave's old house:)

Deception Pass

Check out these views of Deception Pass! When we finally arrived in Oak Harbor, we met the family at Deception Pass (about nine miles north of Oak Harbor). The bridge was definitely scary....cars and trucks were passing at about 50 mph!

The Mukilteo-Whidbey Ferry

We took a Ferry from Seattle to Whidbey Island. The view was unbelievable. Dave remembered taking this Ferry as a little boy when he lived in Whidbey Island.

Seattle!

Two days before the wedding, we stayed at the Westin Downtown Seattle. It was a really cool hotel with spectacular views and a great location. They gave us a "heavenly crib" for Jack. He loved it because it had all those tiny bars. He stood up in it and laughed! We spent the morning walking around the market and going to a few shops for some souvenirs.

Pike's Place Seattle

We had the best time in Seattle for my brother Jeremy's Wedding! Here are a few pictures of us at Pike's Place-the Public market where they throw fish. It was awesome...they had the most beautiful fresh flowers...a vase full for $10! I wasn't too keen on the fish smell, but watching them throw these huge fish was really cool. Definitely the place to go in Seattle!

New Toy!

Here are a few pictures of Jack's new toy. I usually put this in the kitchen so he can roll on the tiles while I cook. (Lately, he always wants to be near Mom or Dad)
