Cajun Cruisin'

We celebrated the New Year's with the Braud family! We did a four night cruise out of Port Canaveral to the Bahama's. It was the best family vacation ever! We took over the boat in our LSU t-shirts! I wish I had more pictures, but I filmed most of it with the video camera. Thank you so much Mom and Dad for such a wonderful time!

Christmas Day!

John and Elisa had to fly out of Orlando on Christmas Eve-Eve. We were sad to see them go. We had the best time together in Orlando and are so grateful for the time we shared before John deploys again. On Christmas Eve, we went to church for the special service to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. After church we came home to watch Dave's Mom's favorite Christmas movie and to munch on cheese and crackers (definitely a Christmas Eve tradition:) On Christmas morning Dave, Jack, and I slept in the latest ever! We didn't wake up until 730! Jack woke up to Christmas presents from Santa and both sets of Grandparents! Thank you so much for making Jack's 1st Christmas so special! Here are some pictures of our celebration of Jesus' Birth!

What a happy boy with his Pops and Mater!Jack's new wagon!Jack played with every new toy. Santa brought him some blocks--all different colors and sizes. He loves the blue cylinders and will choose those first every time (we did an experiment!)
Jack's new rocking horse from Mater and Pops!
Jack's gift from the Braud Family! He was so excited to open it. Granny did such a great job! Thank you so much Mom!
Jack loves riding around on his train. He is a little small to reach the ground, but laughs the entire time he rides it!

Christmas with the Hills Family!

This year we celebrated Christmas at Disney World with John, Elisa, Mater, and Pops. We had such a wonderful time together and did all of the main events at the parks! Here is a picture of all of us, day one at Animal Kingdom! Unfortunately, I don't have any more pictures from my camera!

Spartanettes Christmas Party!

I have been so blessed to work with such a great group of girls at Desron 14. We work in a TINY office unofficially named Sparta (don't ask:) We also bowl about once a week during lunch! It's awesome! For Christmas, we had a party at Toni's house with $20 gifts. If you know me, you could probably guess my gift (Cranium...a board game of course!) Here are some pictures of our night!

Bathtime!

These pictures don't have much to do with Christmas, but boy are they fun! Lately, bathtime is Jack's favorite part of the day. He splashes and plays the entire time and he cries when we take him out. Here are a few pictures of him playing with his pirate ship from the Key West Pirate Museum.
