Homecoming at Slidell High

In mid October, I went home to Slidell to celebrate my high school's centennial anniversary. It was a blast. I danced at the pep rally with the alumni "Swingerette" dance team and was so proud that I didn't mess up too bad! The high school administration had asked for former homecoming queens to show up and during the football game, we were presented with a rose. The coolest part was that my sisters Rachel and Amy gave me my rose! It was so awesome:) I was also able to help them get ready for the homecoming dance.

Below is a picture of Rachel, Amy and I at halftime:) Amy and Michael (above) and Rachel and Jack (below) How cute:)

Pumpkin Patch:)

While in Louisiana this past weekend, Granny took us to the pumpkin patch! We had a great time, except when Mikey and Jack were in the "tub" (see below). Jack kept trying to push Mikey out! We left with two small pumpkins and two tired boys!

The Halloween Calendar:)

Last year, we purchased the cutest Halloween Calendar to hang in October. Each day has a slot, perfect for one hershey's kiss. Go figure-Jack loves this calendar and often gets three kisses a day! What a stinker.

The Bumbo...

Mikey loves to sit up and the bumbo is a perfect chair for him. The only problem is that Jack thinks the bumbo is his. He will tote it around the house saying "bumbo, bumbo." Every once in a while he shares:)

Pat Pat...Blast OFF!!

Jack absolutely loves the Little Einstein's show, and I hate to admit that Dave and I like it too:) The show is only 25 mins...perfect for feeding Mikey or taking a quick shower:) We couldn't help but buy this rocket for Jack. He was so excited about it, we had to hide it as we walked through target. He loves to drive it around the house and we love that you can turn the sounds OFF:)

Geaux Tigers!!

Christopher and about 14 of his closest buddies drove over for the LSU/Florida game. Too bad LSU didn't win. We still had fun. All fifteen slept upstairs...even in the hall...it was hilarious!
